Week 3 of the beginner yoga plan — feeling so much better!

Raised in the mountains of Nepal, where wellness was just a Tuesday.
I grew up in the mountains of Nepal, in a home where wellness was just part of everyday life. My dad was a naturopathy doctor, my mom a yoga instructor. Herbs, breathwork, mindful eating none of it felt special growing up. It was just Tuesday.
It wasn't until I left home for college that I realized what I had grown up with wasn't something everyone had access to. I met people carrying so much stress, exhaustion, that constant feeling of running behind and doing their absolute best with what they knew. It made me want to share everything I had quietly absorbed growing up.
Looking back, maybe it was never really a surprise. I had grown up watching my parents pour their knowledge into people with so much love and care. I think a part of me always carried that. I just didn't know it yet.
When I finally found my way to this work, it didn't feel like a new path. It felt like coming home to something I had loved my whole life and couldn't wait to pass forward.
